Hello lovelies. For my second installment of 10 under £10 blog series, I have gone for hair related products. I have bleached hair and coloured hair so I like to find great products to use on my locks and for a great price too.
1 | Directions hair dye | £3.85
First off I will share my love for colourful hair and I love to use Directions hair dye, they last great on the hair and also you can mix them with conditioner to create any shade of colour that you want. I will usually get mine from their website, ebay or my local Blue Banana shop. They have a huge range of colours to choose from which I just love to experiment with!
2 | Schwarzkopf heat protection spray | £3
I have been using this heat spray for about 2 years now and I love it! For the price it does an awesome job too. It is a heat protection spray for up to 220 degrees and for blow-dry and heat styling products. I use it every time I am going to style my hair, just spritz it all over on my towel dried hair and it smells gorgeous too.
3 | Batiste dry shampoo | £2.99
I find these are the best dry shampoos that I have tried and I swear by them, could not be without them as I have that type of hair that gets greasy real quick *so annoying* They now have such a big range of different scents and even ones for types of hair and hair colour, which is pretty cool!
4 | Aussie shampoo & conditioner | £4.99
I love to use these to wash my hair they are sooo good! At the moment I have Miracle Repair but I usually choose different ones each time as they have so many different ones to choose from like colour protect ones and anti frizz ones. These are mostly always on offer as well for like 3 for £10 in boots which is a great saving!
5 | Lush H’suan wen hua hair treatment | £9.95
It’s pronounced *shwen wen* haha! My hair would be dead without this little pot of goodness! It is a wonderful hair treatment mask and you can get around 4 uses out of this pot depending on your hair length. You pop it all over your dry hair and it states to leave on for 20 minutes but I usually leave mine on for about 1 hour or sometimes even overnight and it leaves my hair so soft and smooth. I really recommend trying this if you haven’t yet, works a treat!
6 | Bleach London Reincarnation mask | £6
I get these when I buy my bleach london hair dyes and bleach kits, this little 50ml is what comes in the kit but you can buy the 200ml tube for £6 and this is so so good, especially is you have bleached damaged hair like mine.
7 | Superdrug Salt Infusion Spray | £1.50
I really love using this on my toweled dry hair and especially in the summer when you want the beach waves natural messy look! I have previously made a post about my love for it here as well. So cheap and such great outcome. 😀
8 | Aussie 3 miracle oil | £9.99
I purchased this one day as I was looking for an oil for the ends of my hair as they get so dry and I really hate it. I was buying my Aussie shampoo and conditioner and picked this up as part of their 3 for 2 deal. I really like this oil and it makes the ends of my hair much smoother.
9 | Fudge violet toning shampoo | £9.99
This is the best silver shampoo toner I have ever used and it really does get rid of any brassy tellow tones that you may get after bleaching. If used every time you wash your hair and leaving it on for 5 minutes you will also achieve a silver/lilac tone to your hair which looks gorgeous. My silver hair post is also here if you want to check it out.
10 | Primark Metal free Hair bands | £1
If you are one to wear your hair up a lot then I really suggest getting some of these, they are only £1 and come in a pack of 100 I think. I have short hair so I have these thinner ones but Primark also do the thicker bands. They haven’t got that annoying metal part in them and I feel like they never break like the other ones do. An essential!
I hope you enjoyed reading about my fave hair bits and bobs at a nifty price!
